SIRO Brickell Miami: Kerzner International to Open First U.S. Wellness Hotel in 2030

Kerzner International has announced the debut of SIRO Brickell, Miami, the first SIRO hotel and branded residences in the United States, scheduled to open in 2030. The project will anchor the city’s bustling Brickell district, introducing a hospitality concept that blends fitness, recovery, and modern living.
The Miami opening marks a major milestone for Kerzner’s growing wellness-focused SIRO brand, following successful launches in Dubai (2024) and Montenegro (2025). Additional projects are already underway in Los Cabos (2027), Riyadh (2028), and Tokyo (2029).

Located at the heart of Brickell, SIRO Miami will offer up to 180 hotel rooms and suites, 350 SIRO Homes, and cutting-edge wellness amenities including a Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab. Inspired by the brand’s holistic philosophy, SIRO Homes are designed for community living and smart home integration, reflecting a new approach to wellness-driven urban residences.
The project is being developed in partnership with Miami-based 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings, who will bring local expertise to the landmark mixed-use building. “Brickell has become one of the world’s leading global destinations,” said Arnaud Karsenti, Managing Principal of 13th Floor Investments. “This is the ideal location to launch SIRO’s U.S. flagship.”
SIRO’s concept is rooted in five pillars: fitness, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness. Every property is designed to support balance and wellbeing, with purpose-built accommodations to optimize sleep, world-class training facilities, specialized recovery treatments, and tailored nutrition programs.
The launch of SIRO Brickell comes as Kerzner expands its U.S. footprint, with the One&Only Moonlight Basin Resort and Private Homes in Montana opening later this year and another development underway in Hudson Valley, New York.
