Sip, Savor, and Learn: Bulla’s Spring Wine Series Brings Spain to the Table

Bulla Gastrobar is inviting guests on a journey through Spain this spring with its Spanish Wine Masterclass & Bulla Bite Series, a limited-time event running May 12–15 (dates vary by location). In partnership with Familia Torres, the series offers an immersive exploration of Ribera del Duero’s celebrated wines, perfectly paired with thoughtfully crafted Spanish bites.
Priced at $65 per person, each masterclass will be hosted by Torres Wines and includes guided tastings of their Celeste collection—Verdejo, Crianza, and Reserva—alongside three small-plate courses designed to bring out the best in every sip. Guests will enjoy:
Salmon Carpaccio paired with Celeste Verdejo
Steak Montaditos paired with Celeste Crianza
Braised Short Ribs paired with Celeste Reserva
Each pairing tells a story—about heritage, craftsmanship, and flavor—and guests will leave with a deeper appreciation for Spanish winemaking and gastronomy.
The event runs from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at all Bulla locations, and attendees will receive 10% off dinner if they choose to stay afterward for a full meal. With limited seating, reservations are required and available via Eventbrite.
