Sexy Fish has announced the global launch of ‘The Coral’, an exclusive new off-menu Margarita. Unveiled in celebration of World Cocktail Day on May 13, this secret addition to the menu brings a complex and striking new flavor profile to the renowned Japanese-inspired restaurant and bar.

Rolled out across all Sexy Fish locations—including the vibrant Miami outpost—‘The Coral’ is a masterful blend of Casamigos Reposado tequila, umeshu, bright yuzu, and a subtle touch of chili. The result is a beautifully balanced drink offering a mix of citrus, depth, and gentle heat, with layers of complexity that reveal themselves sip by sip.


In true Sexy Fish fashion, the presentation is just as impressive as the pour. The cocktail is served in a custom, sculptural glass inspired by ocean coral and the textures of the deep sea. It perfectly captures the bold, impossible-to-overlook aesthetic that Sexy Fish is celebrated for globally.


‘The Coral’ is available for $24 at all Sexy Fish locations.
