Seventeen Gables Opens Sales Gallery in Coral Gables as Construction Advances
BAM Developers and Ascendra Capital have opened the Seventeen Gables Sales Gallery at 120 Aragon Ave. in Coral Gables, giving prospective buyers a closer look at the 117-residence condominium now under construction at 1715 Douglas Road. Construction began in April, with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2028.
Designed by Asprea Studio, which is also handling the project’s interiors, the Sales Gallery reflects the design planned for Seventeen Gables. The space includes natural materials, contemporary furnishings, a detailed scale model of the building, a full-scale model kitchen and displays highlighting the project’s architecture and finishes.
“The Sales Gallery was designed to give buyers a true sense of what makes Seventeen Gables different,” said Mayer Berkovits, founder and CEO of BAM Developers. “Construction began in April of this year, and opening the Sales Gallery marks the next step in bringing the project to life.”
Seventeen Gables will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences starting in the mid-$600,000s. The eight-story development is designed to offer views across the Coral Gables tree canopy toward the Miami skyline.
The residences are designed to balance contemporary interiors with practical layouts for everyday living. The available renderings show living and dining areas with large windows and balconies, along with kitchens and bedrooms designed around a neutral material palette.
Residents will also have access to a collection of wellness and lifestyle amenities that includes a fitness center, sauna, resort-style pool, resident lounge and integrated co-working spaces. Assigned parking and ground-floor retail are also planned for the development.
Located at the intersection of 17th Street and Douglas Road, Seventeen Gables is within walking distance of Miracle Mile and offers access to Downtown Miami, Brickell and Miami International Airport. Sales and marketing for the project are exclusively handled by Cervera Real Estate.
