Construction has officially begun on Seventeen Gables Residences, a 117-unit condominium development located at 1715 Douglas Road in Coral Gables. The project is being developed by BAM Development and Ascendra Capital, which recently secured a $60 million loan as construction moves forward alongside the sales launch.

The groundbreaking marks a step forward for a project that is moving ahead without relying on a traditional pre-sales threshold. The development team is advancing construction concurrently with sales, reflecting confidence in both the project and market demand.

Seventeen Gables will offer one, two, and three-bedroom residences, with prices starting in the mid $600,000s. The development is positioned near Miracle Mile and targets buyers seeking new construction options in a central Coral Gables location.
Interiors are designed by Karen Asprea and Asprea Studios, who serve as the design architect and interior designer for the project.

Planned amenities include a fitness center, sauna, pool, resident lounge, and co-working spaces.
Seventeen Gables combines residential design with shared spaces intended for daily use and social interaction.
Located at 17th Street and Douglas Road, the project offers access to Coral Gables dining and retail, along with connectivity to Brickell, Downtown Miami, and Miami International Airport. The project is expected to be completed by Q1 2028.
Residence interiors focus on open layouts and functional design.
Sales and marketing are being handled by Cervera Real Estate. More information, including availability and floor plans, can be found on the Seventeen Gables website.
