Seventeen Gables Construction Advances in Coral Gables

Construction is underway at Seventeen Gables, a 117-unit condominium development bringing new attainable luxury residences to Coral Gables. The project from BAM Development and Ascendra Capital recently secured a $60 million construction loan and is moving forward with work already underway at the site.
Located at 1715 Douglas Road, Seventeen Gables is being positioned as an attainable luxury residential project in a market where new construction inventory below the $1 million range has become increasingly limited. The development will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom residences within walking distance of Miracle Mile, dining destinations, and retail throughout Coral Gables.
The project launched with construction already in motion, a strategy intended to provide buyers with greater certainty as the South Florida condominium market continues to evolve.
Seventeen Gables’ interiors are being designed by Karen Asprea and Asprea Studios, who serve as the project’s design architect and interior designer. Shared spaces throughout the building will include a resident lounge, co-working areas, fitness center, sauna, pool deck, and landscaped amenity spaces.
Residential interiors feature oversized windows, natural materials, and warm neutral finishes designed to create a contemporary living environment.
Additional amenities planned for the property include outdoor gathering areas and family-oriented spaces integrated throughout the development.
