Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood proudly announces that four
of its signature restaurants have earned Wine Spectator 2025 Restaurant Awards, a global honor for restaurants with exceptional wine programs.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood received the Best of Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year. Best of Award of Excellence is presented to restaurants that display excellent breadth across multiple winegrowing regions and/or significant vertical depth of top producers and superior presentation.
Abiaka Wood Fire Grill, Cipresso and Kuro each earned the Award of Excellence, which recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers and a thematic match to the menu in price and style.

Launched in 1981, the Restaurant Awards represent the world’s only program focused exclusively on restaurant wine service. They are assigned on three levels: the Award of Excellence, the Best of Award of Excellence and the Grand Award, with 2,010; 1,704; and 97 winners this year in each respective category.
