Salone del Mobile.Milano Debuts Italian Design at Art Basel Through New Global Partnership

Salone del Mobile.Milano has initiated a three-year collaboration with Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Basel Hong Kong, integrating Italian design into the core spaces of two of the contemporary art world’s most influential fairs. This agreement marks the first time Italian design culture has been positioned within the Collectors Lounge environments at these events, aimed at facilitating engagement between Italian manufacturers and international art and design audiences.

The inaugural Collectors Lounge under this partnership opened on December 3 during the VIP preview of Art Basel Miami Beach 2025. The space was designed by Lissoni & Partners and staged with contributions from leading Italian design brands such as Arper, Artemide, Calligaris, Molteni&C, Poltrona Frau, Paola Lenti, Visionnaire and others representing the Made in Italy tradition.
