A new penthouse collection is now available at Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, marking a significant addition to South Florida’s high end residential market.

Developed by Related Group and Dezer Development in partnership with Rosewood, the project introduces a collection of 15 residences to the barrier island community of Hillsboro Beach, with prices starting at $16.5 million. Residences are positioned across two waterfront buildings between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The collection includes both oceanfront and Intracoastal facing homes, offering layouts ranging from three to five bedrooms. Interior space spans approximately 3,200 to over 5,500 square feet, while outdoor areas extend beyond 6,000 square feet. Each residence features private rooftop terraces designed for outdoor living, with plunge pools, summer kitchens, and dining areas.

One of the headline properties, Residence 1008, is priced at $16.7 million. The four bedroom, five and a half bathroom residence includes more than 5,600 square feet of interior space and over 6,000 square feet outdoors. Positioned on the south side of the oceanfront tower, it offers views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The development is the first and only hospitality branded condominium on Hillsboro Beach’s Millionaire’s Mile. Residents will have access to services managed by Rosewood, including concierge support, residential butlers, valet service, and a house car.

Amenities include oceanfront and sunset pools, a private beach with attended lounge chairs, a 14 slip marina, and a wellness center with a private his-and-hers spa, saunas, a Hammam, and hydrotherapy pools.
Dining options will include a restaurant led by a yet to be announced chef, alongside additional food and beverage venues within the property.

The project spans nearly 12 acres and includes 92 total residences. Construction reached its topping off milestone earlier this year, with initial closings for the penthouse collection expected to begin in late 2026.

Hillsboro Beach is known for its limited development and dual waterfront access. The project reflects continued demand for high service residential offerings in South Florida.
