Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC) of South Florida announces the return of its signature fundraiser, the Paddles for a Purpose Pickleball Tournament, taking place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the William H. Kerdyk Biltmore Tennis Center, 1150 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
This year’s event adds an exciting twist — a celebrity match featuring local icons Betzy “La Gatita” Vazquez and Grammy-nominated singer Luis Figueroa — all to support RMHC’s mission of providing free lodging, meals, and activities for families with critically ill children receiving care in local hospitals.
The 2025 tournament offers an enhanced experience with 20 courts, raffles, food vendors, and exclusive prizes. Participants can register to compete in pairs or enjoy the festivities as spectators. VIP ticket holders will enjoy premium seating, a morning Mimosa Bar with Espresso Martinis and pastelitos, and an afternoon open bar with catered bites.
Last year’s event drew more than 350 players and raised over $30,000. RMHC South Florida aims to double that goal in 2025, expanding support for even more families in need.

Pricing:
Doubles Pair (2 players): $120
Individual VIP Ticket: $50
Open Play (1 ticket for play at 4 p.m. or 6 p.m.): $20
Spectator: $10
