“Roll Like a Pro” at Casa Sensei with Immersive Sushi-Making Class
Casa Sensei, the Pan-Asian and Latin eatery voted “Best Asian Restaurant” by Fort Lauderdale Magazine for the last four years, is rolling out an immersive sushi class experience held every second Saturday of the month starting August 12 from 3-5 p.m. Participants will learn from the restaurant’s master sushi chef "senseis" how to prepare and roll two of their very own sushi rolls while sipping sake and craft cocktails.
The $60 sushi-making class includes a complimentary house sake (from Junmai varieties to Ginjo) and a second welcome drink to enjoy alongside the two-hour entertaining and educational experience. Sake aficionados can upgrade to premium sake for an additional $20 if desired. The class will take place in a dedicated section of Casa Sensei’s chic dining room where guests, no matter a novice or previously experienced, are sure to improve their sushi skills.
Casa Sensei brilliantly blends traditional Latin American cuisine with Pan-Asian staples to create the best of both worlds. The fusion eatery presents a deliciously dynamic environment perfect for enjoying waterfront views of Las Olas with classic dishes and unique creations.
A minimum of four students are required for each sushi-making class, so be sure to gather ‘round your friends for this fun activity. Be it a double date, friend excursion or a family outing, the class is available for everyone.
