Roham Shamekh presents 'Pharrell's Echoes', at Design Miami 2024 - Curio Booth number C08

Dubai-based designer Roham Shamekh will present his latest collection, Pharrell’s Echoes, at the upcoming edition of Design Miami, running from December 4th to 8th at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

This deeply personal collection celebrates the power of manifestation, the creative potential of human thought, and the profound ways in which we are all interconnected.

Through this exploration, Roham invites viewers to reflect on how we unknowingly impact one another, becoming guardian angels in each other’s lives and shaping reality with our thoughts and actions.

Inspired by pivotal moments in his life, Pharrell’s Echoes draws on real-life events to explore themes of intelligent manifestation and hope, a message that Roham shares with younger generations. The collection takes its name from Pharrell Williams, who played a pivotal role in Roham’s life during a critical moment - unknowingly becoming a guardian angel who helped shift his path. For Roham, Pharrell’s role is the first example of the principle this collection celebrates: that our thoughts and actions, however unconscious, hold the power to shape reality and the lives of others in profound and often unexpected ways.

“This collection is about intelligent manifestation and hope engineering, honouring the idea that everyone has the potential to be someone’s angel,” says Roham Shamekh. “It stems from personal experiences but goes beyond my own story. It’s a universal message for everyone, and especially the next generations: we are all interconnected, and we all have the capacity to play a pivotal role in each other’s lives, whether we realise it or not.”
