Updated: Sep 15, 2022

Nestled within “Millionaires Mile” is the private and luxurious Hillsboro Beach Resort offering all who step foot in the hotel’s breezeway a relaxed atmosphere with oceanfront views. As the only resort located on Hillsboro Mile, the boutique hotel is known for exclusivity and privacy and boasts 72 well-appointed guest rooms, studios and suites, including rooms with views of the beach.

Hillsboro Beach Resort is adding a whole new meaning to relaxation with its upcoming wellness retreat with local wellness guru Leslie Glickman of Yoga Journey. From Friday, October 27 to Sunday, October 30 the resort will welcome visitors to “Relax and Renew” at the boutique hotel right on the beach with yoga and meditation sessions led by Leslie along with a variety of other perks.

Yoga Journey’s owner, Leslie Glickman is known for traveling and leading yoga retreats all around the world. During this three day retreat guests will have the opportunity to disconnect just a few miles from home on the Hillsboro Mile beach. The long weekend getaway features daily yoga and meditation sessions, a healing crystal bowl sound bath ceremony Saturday night, one in room massage per guest, water sports like paddle boarding and kayaking or enjoying the sunrise from the private beach. The food will also align with health and wellness as Executive Chef Jason Rodriguez of Roí, the hotel’s private restaurant, will curate a custom nutritional menu with vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, all included in the retreat fees. To book your spot, register here.

Yogi’s will have the chance to disconnect from the real world and connect with each other to align with their inner self. Participants can take a step out of their regular routine and practice mindfulness and being more present through self-reflection and leisure activities.
