Commercial Real Estate Women Miami (CREW Miami) announces its upcoming Breakfast Fireside Chat featuring Ramola Motwani, Chairwoman of Merrimac Ventures and a Forbes “50 over 50” honoree. The event takes place Friday, September 5, 2025, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Coconut Grove.



Motwani’s extraordinary career journey — from managing family-owned motels to leading landmark developments such as Miami Worldcenter and luxury waterfront properties across Broward County — exemplifies resilience, vision, and the transformative role of women in shaping South Florida’s hospitality and tourism sectors. Her story aligns closely with CREW Miami’s mission to advance and connect women in commercial real estate through education, leadership, and mentorship opportunities.

As Chairwoman of Merrimac Ventures, Ramola Motwani oversees a portfolio of mixed-use, residential, retail, and hospitality projects that have redefined Broward County’s coastline and contributed to Miami’s ongoing growth. Her work includes leadership on transformative developments such as Miami Worldcenter, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach, and Conrad Hilton Fort Lauderdale.
