Who said Valentine’s Day had to be soft and sweet? On February 14, R House Wynwood threw out the rulebook and shook things up with the “Heated (R)ivalry” Battle Show, a live evening that blended romance, performance, and a little friendly competition. Guests skipped predictable plans and cheered on the Red Team or Blue Team in a lip-sync showdown, where competing drag queens faced off throughout the night in a high-energy battle to win over the crowd.

Hosted by King Adonis, the night featured solo performances from British Jay Fox, FKA Twink, and Sagittae Jae. King Adonis and the queens embodied the “Heated Rivalry” theme in sexy, masculine hockey-inspired looks, as in-venue TVs amplified the experience with iconic lines, visuals, and dramatic moments from the show.
The kitchen matched the stage energy with R House’s signature menu, bringing bold flavors and crowd-favorite dishes to the table throughout the evening. Highlights included the stacked Macho Burger and Ilya’s BBL, alongside shareable plates and comfort-driven favorites designed to keep guests fueled between performances—perfect for anyone who came hungry for drama or just hungry-hungry.

Signature cocktails like the spicy margarita Sudden Death, the Penalty Shots flight, and the icy espresso martini Puck Me Up complemented the performances. Packages included a $60 three-course dinner with bottomless cocktails, an $85 dinner with bottle service, or a $50 food-only three-course menu, giving guests options to match their night.

Perfect for couples, friends, and anyone who was looking for a Valentine’s experience that was lively, entertaining, and a little different, the night traded traditional plans for drag performances and a full evening of heated fun.
