Dutch yacht manufacturer Feadship is positioning itself as a supplier of the next generation of architectural superyachts with the 81.75-meter Pure.
Minimalist at first glance, Pure reveals a remarkable sculpture of simple and modern design that is instantly recognizable from a distance.
Pure is also an innovation in fuel efficiency. In modern yacht building, the term ‘hybrid propulsion’ usually refers to a combination of direct diesel propulsion and diesel-electric propulsion. Pure, on the other hand, is an energy hybrid in which the diesel-electric drive is powered by energy from batteries and liquid fuel.
Three scenarios are envisioned for a Pure-like Feadship: initial delivery in 2024 and two upgrades in 2027 and 2030, respectively.
