Ponce Park is offering a first look at its Meyer Davis-designed amenity collection, with spaces focused on wellness, gathering and outdoor living. The collection includes a spa, yoga and Pilates studio, landscaped gardens, resident lounges and a rooftop pool.

The amenity collection extends the project's residential design into the shared spaces residents will use throughout the building. Natural stone, wood, plaster and light carry through the common areas, creating a consistent design language between the residences and amenities.
The wellness program centers on a dedicated spa with private treatment rooms, sauna and steam rooms, along with a yoga and Pilates studio.

Landscaped gardens and outdoor gathering areas are integrated throughout the property, with lounge spaces and a fire pit creating places for both quiet use and social gathering.
