About Petronella Ravenshear
Ravenshear's journey into nutrition began with her own son’s health struggles. After conventional medicine provided only temporary relief through antibiotics, she sought alternative solutions from homeopaths and osteopaths. However, it wasn’t until she discovered The Optimum Health Bible by
Patrick Holford that she really saw a change. She eliminated wheat and dairy from her son’s diet and introduced probiotics, and to her relief, he began to recover.
This experience ignited Ravenshear’s passion for nutrition, leading her to pursue a career in the field. She enrolled at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and, after three years of study, qualified as a Nutritional Therapist. In 2004, she opened her own clinic, and through word of mouth, her practice
flourished to the point where she quickly had a waiting list of clients including Britian’s top fashion set including the British Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire fashion-set, but also royalty and celebrities.
During this period, she also obtained a diploma in psycho-neuro-immunology (cPNI), further expanding her understanding of the mind-body connection.
