Parkside Residences Moves Forward With Expanded Wellness Amenities and Sales Gallery in Brickell

Construction is underway at Parkside Residences as BI Group USA continues expanding the wellness-focused vision behind its Brickell residential development. The project has since broken ground, introduced a reimagined amenity program and opened a new sales gallery designed to showcase the lifestyle concept behind the development.



Located at 1741 SW 2nd Ave., Parkside is an eight-story, 187-unit residential development designed by architect Kobi Karp. The project is one of the first major U.S. developments from BI Group USA, the North American arm of Central Asia’s largest developer, and reflects the company’s broader expansion into South Florida and other high-growth U.S. markets.


In recent months, Parkside has expanded its focus on wellness, convenience and integrated urban living. The project’s updated amenity offerings include a rooftop pool deck and lounge, coworking spaces, a Technogym-equipped fitness center, cycling studio, yoga and mindfulness rooms, spa circuit, EV charging stations and pet-friendly features.



The amenity spaces were designed to support the type of live-work-play environment that continues to shape residential demand in Brickell, a market BI Group USA sees as part of Miami’s growth as an international business and lifestyle hub.



Parkside’s architecture and interiors also place a strong emphasis on natural materials, greenery and natural light. The project incorporates expansive balconies, integrated landscaping and hospitality-inspired common areas intended to create a more balanced residential environment within Brickell’s urban core.



Parkside’s broader rollout has also continued in recent weeks with the opening of the project’s sales gallery. Designed as an extension of the development itself, the space gives buyers and brokers a closer look at the materials, finishes and overall design direction planned for the residences and amenity areas.


Residences at Parkside will include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts with furnished interiors, open floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Pricing currently starts in the low $400,000s, positioning the project among the more accessible new-construction opportunities in Brickell. Sales are being handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.



Construction officially began following the project’s groundbreaking ceremony in April, with completion anticipated in Q2 2028.
