Parkside Residences Break Ground in Brickell with Wellness-Driven Amenities

BI Group USA has broken ground on Parkside Residences, a new condominium development in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood that focuses on wellness, convenience, and integrated living.
The project, located at 1741 SW 2nd Ave., will rise eight stories and include 187 residential units. The groundbreaking ceremony brought together company executives, brokers, and local stakeholders to mark the start of construction and present updated plans for the development.
Parkside is designed by architect Kobi Karp and reflects a growing demand for residential spaces that combine lifestyle amenities with everyday functionality. The building will include a rooftop pool deck, fitness center, yoga and wellness areas, coworking spaces, and a full spa circuit. Additional features such as EV charging and pet-friendly amenities are also planned.
According to BI Group USA, the development aims to create a connected living environment where residents can access work, fitness, and social spaces within the building. Interiors by 2ID Interiors will feature modern finishes, large windows, and layouts designed for flexibility and comfort.
Winmar Construction is leading the project, bringing experience in residential and mixed-use developments across South Florida. Construction is now underway, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2028.
Units are expected to start in the low $400,000 range.
