Parkside Residences Brickell Reaches Second-Floor Construction Milestone
Construction is moving vertically at Parkside Residences in Brickell, where crews have completed the second-floor slab of the eight-story residential development. The project is scheduled to top out by the end of 2026, with delivery anticipated for Q1 2028.
The second-floor slab required 664 cubic yards of concrete across approximately 26,200 square feet. With that work complete, construction is now advancing to the upper floors.
Located at 1741 SW 2nd Ave., Parkside is a 187-unit residential development designed by Kobi Karp. The project combines studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences with a wellness-focused amenity program centered on fitness, relaxation, work and social spaces.
Planned amenities include a rooftop pool deck and lounge overlooking the Brickell skyline, a Technogym fitness center, dedicated cycling studio, yoga and mindfulness space, spa circuit with sauna and steam room, hot and cold plunges, and a coworking lounge with a private meeting room.
Residences will feature open floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and modern finishes, with select homes offering expanded corner layouts and additional living space.
Pricing starts in the $400,000s, with sales and marketing handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Parkside is being developed by BI Group USA, the North American arm of BI Group, which currently has two projects under construction in Miami’s Brickell area as part of its U.S. expansion.
