Parkside: A New Take on Brickell Living

A new residential development in Brickell by BI Group USA, Parkside is designed around an integrated approach to daily living.
Designed by Kobi Karp, the project at 1741 SW 2nd Ave. will bring 187 residences to the neighborhood, with pricing expected to start in the low $400,000s. The development includes an amenity program focused on wellness, work and social living.
Plans include a rooftop pool deck with lounge areas, a bar and BBQ kitchen, along with a fitness center equipped with Technogym machines and a cycling studio. Additional spaces include a yoga room, Zen garden, spa circuit with sauna and plunge pools, and coworking lounges with conference rooms.
“By expanding our wellness, social and workspaces, we’re creating a community where residents can live, recharge and connect, all without leaving the building,” said Olzhas Ayazbayev, CEO of BI Group USA.
Residences will feature furnished layouts, large windows and balconies with park-facing views and integrated greenery.
Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
