The event promises a fun-filled day with a welcome barbecue, complimentary drinks, a silent auction and an awards banquet to honor the golfing champions. The excitement doesn't stop there — there's a cash prize of $10,000 for a Hole in One, a $100,000 shoot-out and a 7-night resort stay for one lucky winner. Interested participants must register in advance. Available sign-up options include everything from putting to partying, sponsoring and more.

Can't make it? Animal lovers lacking a free slot in their schedule can still make a difference by donating online to the event via a donation form. All donations up to $25,000 will be matched by the rescue.

The host organization Wonder Paws Rescue, an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, is a familiar name in community when it comes to animal rescue. The dedicated group is made up of 100% volunteers has saved the lives of over 1,600 cats and dogs and counting. With every swing on the course, fundraiser participants are funding vet bills, supporting life saving treatments and rescue missions, covering food and medicine costs and more. All proceeds raised during Par for the Paws will go directly to the rescue.
