Paige Mobley: Designing Dreams and Defying Limits

From hosting Netflix’s Instant Dream Home to landing a role in the highly anticipated Superman film, Paige Mobley is quickly becoming one of Hollywood’s rising stars. Known for her versatility as an actress, producer, and host, Paige has captivated audiences with her dynamic presence both on and off the screen. A former contestant on America’s Next Top Model and a spokesperson for brands like Apple and Xfinity, Paige’s career has evolved in exciting new directions. With a background in musical theatre from Pace University, a lifelong passion for home renovation (having grown up immersed in the industry with her family), and a thriving production company, Paige brings a unique blend of creativity and business savvy to everything she does. We sat down with her to discuss her journey, her upcoming projects - including her role in Superman - and the exciting path ahead.

Miami Living (ML): You’ve built such an impressive career across acting, hosting, and production. How do you balance these multiple roles, and what keeps you motivated to take on such a wide variety of projects?

Paige: Thank you! I’ve always been interested in performing, no matter the angle! Balancing it all definitely takes intention, but each role/opportunity feeds a different part of me. As long as I’m learning or creating something meaningful, I feel energized to keep going.

ML: From hosting Instant Dream Home to starring in the upcoming Superman film, your career has seen some major milestones. What’s been the most surprising or fulfilling part of your journey so far?

Paige: The most fulfilling part has been saying “yes” to opportunities that once felt out of reach. From reality TV to major studio films, every opportunity has felt like a blessing. The biggest surprise? Probably how each chapter continues to build on the last—even when it didn’t make sense at the time. That, and getting to wear a harness and scale a rooftop for Instant Dream Home. Never saw that one coming.

ML: The role of Fleurette in Superman is new to the universe. What was it like originating a role and bringing life to this new character in such an iconic franchise?  Can you share a memorable moment from the set on Superman?

Paige: It's an honor to originate a new character in a universe as iconic as Superman. There's something really special about stepping into a world that so many people know and love and then get to bring something fresh to it. My most memorable moment on set was my first day in Cleveland. I got to meet so many other actors in the cast, and everyone was so kind and FUN! It was a blast!

ML: Growing up surrounded by home renovation, it’s clear that design has always been a passion for you. How has your childhood experience shaped your approach to your role on Instant Dream Home and your personal design aesthetic?

Paige: Growing up in a family that flipped houses, I learned early on how much heart goes into making a space feel like home. On Instant Dream Home, that personal history helped me connect to each family’s story. I’m always thinking about how a design can feel emotionally resonant, not just beautiful.

ML: Your background in musical theatre and your time on America’s Next Top Model helped launch your career in entertainment. How did these early experiences prepare you for the roles you’re taking on today?

Paige: Both gave me thick skin and a lot of gratitude. Musical theatre taught me joy in performance, whileANTM taught me how to navigate high-pressure situations with grace. Each experience, in its own way, helped me find my voice.

ML: As the founder of Longmeadow Productions, you’re not only acting but also creating and producing content. What inspired you to start your own production company, and what are some projects you’re most excited about?

Paige: I wanted to create the kind of stories I loved growing up, as well as stories I've yet to see. Longmeadow is a space where I can feel creatively free. Right now, I'm writing a feature that feels both nostalgic and familiar.

ML: You’re also a youth theatre arts educator. What do you love most about teaching the next generation of performers?

Paige: I love watching young people have fun and gain confidence through creativity. Theater gives them tools to explore empathy and imagination—and that’s so powerful. For me, it’s a way of giving back to the art form that shaped me.

ML: Looking ahead, what’s the next big challenge or dream role you’re hoping to take on in the near future?

Paige: I’d love to lead a smart romantic comedy—something in the spirit of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days or The Holiday. Whatever the role, I just want to keep growing, surprising myself, and telling stories!
