Osaka Miami will host a two-seating New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31, offering a night built around Nikkei cuisine, Champagne, and live entertainment. The restaurant, located in Brickell, pairs its full menu with special holiday dishes created for the occasion.

The evening features limited selections including Royal Daurenki caviar with oysters and shiso chalaca; bluefin kama toro with Perigord truffle and gold quinoa; Hokkaido uni with Kagoshima wagyu; whole Maine lobster finished with Alba truffle; and A5 wagyu sukiyaki with aji amarillo and charred mushrooms.

Guests can also order from the newly launched GENTEI Limited Menu, introduced on November 25 and available through the winter season. The collection expands on the restaurant’s Nikkei approach with smoked seafood preparations, broth-driven dishes, and wagyu options focused on richness and depth.

Two seatings are offered. The 5:30–7:30 p.m. option is priced at $200 per person and includes a half bottle of Moët & Chandon plus a $100 dining credit. The 8:30–10:30 p.m. seating costs $350 per person and includes a half bottle of Dom Pérignon along with a $150 dining credit.

Programming throughout the night includes a DJ, live performances, a sake toast, and a midnight balloon drop. Formal attire is recommended.

Reservations follow a set policy: credits apply only to dining on December 31 and unused amounts are forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the reservation. Additional details are available at Osaka Nikkei.
Osaka Miami is located at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive.
