One Twenty Brickell: New Luxury Mixed-Use Project Underway in Miami

Premier builder Juneau Construction Company and national developer Property Markets Group (PMG) have officially broken ground on One Twenty Brickell Residences, a luxury mixed-use development in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The groundbreaking event, held April 30, 2025, marked the start of construction on the dual-tower project, which will feature a mix of condominiums, multifamily rentals, retail, and extensive amenities.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, One Twenty Brickell Residences will consist of two interconnected towers. One will include 266 luxury condominiums, each paired with a private office suite and elevator access, while offering more than 60,000 square feet of amenities such as a sky bar, wellness spa, conference rooms, and rooftop pools. The second tower will feature 537 multifamily residential units operated by the Sentral Management Platform, along with over 10,000 square feet of retail space and 606 parking spots across a 280,000-square-foot podium.

The development will rise at 120 SW 8th Street, offering views of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline, with direct access to the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations for convenient citywide and regional connectivity.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2028. Once delivered, One Twenty Brickell will serve as a new anchor in the neighborhood, offering access to Brickell’s business, dining, and cultural destinations.
