On Tuesday, January 27, Ombelle Fort Lauderdale hosted its Educational Series: 2025 Year in Review for Fort Lauderdale and Flagler Village, gathering members of the broker community for an expert panel discussion centered on the area’s continued growth and momentum.

The event featured industry leaders Stephanie Toothaker, Esq., Chairwoman & Chief Strategist of Toothaker.org; Matthew Schnur, Research & Innovation Manager at the Fort Lauderdale DDA; and Jonathan Rosen, Executive Vice President of JLL Retail. The discussion was moderated by Kenny Drysdale, Director of Sales at Ombelle Fort Lauderdale.

Panelists explored recent milestones, market trends, and notable developments shaping Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Flagler Village, highlighting optimism for the area’s future growth as continued investment and development strengthen the urban core and create new opportunities for residents and businesses alike.

Ombelle Fort Lauderdale is meeting rising demand for ownership opportunities under $1 million in Flagler Village, with pricing starting in the $400,000s and strong pre-sales driven by young professionals and families. The project features 754 move-in-ready, fully finished and furnished residences across two architecturally striking towers designed by ODA New York. Homes offer expansive ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, private terraces, and smart home technology, complemented by more than 100,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor amenities focused on wellness, creativity, and social engagement, anchored by Fort Lauderdale’s first-ever 35,000-square-foot, two-story Equinox Fitness Club.

Adding to this momentum, Ombelle Fort Lauderdale recently announced two distinctive luxury residential offerings: The Tower Collection and The Flagler Collection. Together, these collections introduce a diverse selection of floor plans designed for residents seeking connection, convenience, and community, with larger, more livable layouts ideal for families, local professionals, and seasonal residents.

Following the panel, guests enjoyed light brunch and networking at the Ombelle Sales Gallery.
