Born out of a fried chicken sandwich pop-up at Wynwood’s now-closed Boxelder craft beer bar, best friends Chef Steve Santana (from Taquiza) and Adam Darnell (from Boxelder) opened a mainstay nano-brewery and kitchen in the heart of Little River in November 2021.
OFF SITE boasts a number of accolades including being featured in the Miami Herald, Eater, Time Out, Miami New Times, Thrillist, and The Infatuation has credited it as “Miami’s Best New Restaurants of 2022,” “The 12 Best Burgers in America 2024,” “The Best Chicken Wings in Miami,” “The Best Fried Chicken Sandwiches in Miami,” “The Best Cuban Sandwiches in Miami,” “The 17 Best Burgers in Miami,” and more.
