NIKOZA Introduces "Phalaenopsis" – The New Luxury Resort Wear Collection During Miami Swim Week

NIKOZA, the luxury resortwear brand, will present the new Phalaenopsis collection at 5 p.m. July 15 at Jungle Island (1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, Miami) and 8:45 p.m. July 16 at SLS Hotel, South Beach (1701 Collins Ave. Miami Beach).
Olga Nikoza, the fashion designer behind the brand, who is currently based in Miami, explained, "The new Phalaenopsis collection was inspired by orchids, butterflies and the vibrant colors of South Florida."
Phalaenopsis is the name of a species of orchid found in Florida, which is featured in the collection's fabric prints, bathing suites, and accessories. The collection was created using an intricate 3D embroidery technique that mimics the look of orchids. Each print in this collection was personally designed by Olga and bears her signature on the fabrics.
In addition, Olga Nikoza presents a jewelry line with her signature butterfly collection of precious gemstones such as mother-of-pearl, agate and malachite that complement her designs.
"I am very proud that the collection is 100% made in Miami and only sustainable fabrics are used. The collection represents freedom, elegance and femininity," says Olga. Dramatic and bold colors are a clear statement in the collection. "The tropical nature and weather in Florida are a perfect source for my creative inspiration," Olga adds.
