New Lunch Features and Online Ordering Made Easy by EST.33 Thai Craft Brewery & Kitchen

The first craft brewery and restaurant in Brickell City Centre, EST.33 Thai Kitchen and Brewery, fuses together the classic tastes and techniques of American barbecue with traditional Thai cuisine. The pan-Asian brewpub is now offering a new rotating lunch menu available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with seasonal lunch specials including sandwiches, salads and bowls.
Making it easier than ever to order from the comfort of your own home, EST.33’s newest online ordering platform allows guests to set their own pick-up or delivery times, as well as letting them know the time the dish takes to be prepared.
The newest “Lunch Features” menu showcases dishes that beautifully blend bursts of salty, spicy, sour and sweet with smoky, acidic and savory.

Some of the items on the rotating menu include handhelds such as the Chopped Brisket Sandwich ($18), a slow 16hr smoked brisket with house BBQ, pickles and pickled onion, served on a brioche bun with french fries; and the EST.33 Burger ($16), a house-ground brisket blend with 33 burger sauce and house pickles, served on a brioche bun with french fries.
The brewpub also features crave-worthy salads with seasonal ingredients including Thai Grilled Chicken ($16), made with grilled chicken, greens, napa cabbage, peppers, red onion, rice noodles and peanut dressing; Salmon & Mango Salad ($18), made with glazed grilled salmon, mango, green papaya, mint, cilantro, cucumbers, lime and herb dressing; and Sesame Salad ($11), a fresh mix of baby greens, broccolini, red cabbage and young corn sesame dressing. Add a steak skewer for an additional $7 or a jumbo shrimp skewer for $11. The menu also features filling bowls such as the Tenderloin Steak Bowl ($24), with jasmine rice, grilled tenderloin, mushrooms and grilled broccolini; Catch Of The Day Bowl ($19), with jasmine rice, grilled catch of the day and grilled vegetables; and Veggie Tofu Bowl ($19), with jasmine rice, crispy tofu, red curry and stir-fried vegetables.

Guests can enjoy EST.33's industrial dining room and a spacious outdoor patio that overlooks the mall's atrium over lunch and indulge in the restaurant's selection of seasonal lunch dishes and even grab one of EST.33 signature cocktails or beers for a medley of exciting flavor combinations.
