Negroni Week Miami 2026: Neighborhood Routes and Signature Cocktails
Negroni Week started on September 21 and continues through Sunday, September 27, 2026. Negroni Week in Miami offers several ways to explore the cocktail, including a barrel-aged recipe in the Design District, limited-time drinks in South Beach and a new Thursday event in Brickell. With the celebration already underway, these three neighborhood routes organize six stops around announced specials and established house variations.

Owned and operated by Imbibe magazine, the international event supports Slow Food. Participating venues make a donation when registering and can contribute more during or after the week. The classic cocktail combines equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, a useful starting point for understanding the variations below.
Brickell: LPM and Séptimo
Begin on Brickell Bay Drive at LPM, then continue to Séptimo at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Thursday, September 24, offers a timely reason to choose this route: the launch of Séptimo’s Negroni Sessions.
LPM Restaurant & Bar

LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami is featuring a Negroni Week menu through September 27. Its Buttered Mango Negroni combines buttered mango-infused Botanist gin with Campari, Antica Formula vermouth and amaretto. Another option, the Negroni Provencal, uses Ilegal Joven mezcal, Suze, La Quintinye Blanc, Italicus, black lemon bitters and saline. The two recipes give this stop a clear point of comparison: a fruit-infused gin variation alongside a mezcal-based interpretation.
Séptimo at Four Seasons Hotel Miami

Séptimo lists a house Negroni made with Bombay Sapphire gin, its own vermouth blend and Campari. Its Negroni Sour changes the format with beet-infused Lost Explorer mezcal, the house vermouth blend, Campari, citrus and egg white.
The bar’s Negroni Sessions are scheduled to begin September 24 and continue on Thursdays through October 15. The announced program includes specialty Negronis, a welcome Negroni, pizza from 6 to 8 p.m. or until sold out, and a vinyl DJ set from 6 to 10 p.m. Dining tables can be reserved; lounge seating is available on a first-come basis.
Design District: Michael’s Genuine and L’Atelier
Pair Michael’s Genuine on NE 40th Street with L’Atelier on NE 41st Street. This route puts barrel aging and a Japanese-inspired recipe within the same neighborhood.
Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink
Address: 130 NE 40th Street, Miami, FL 33137

At Michael’s Genuine, the current beverage menu explicitly identifies House of Barrels No. 5 as its Negroni Week cocktail. Listed at $23, it combines Sipsmith VJOP gin, Campari, Genuine sweet vermouth and orange bitters. The barrel-aged preparation keeps the familiar gin, bitter aperitif and vermouth structure central to the drink.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami is offering the Sakura Negroni for the celebration. The recipe combines Roku gin, Mancino Sakura vermouth and Luxardo Bitter Bianco. Using a white bitter aperitif in place of Campari makes this a useful counterpart to Michael’s Genuine’s red, barrel-aged version. The restaurant’s website provides reservations and its current service hours.
Miami Beach: MILA and Matador Bar
Start at MILA on Meridian Avenue in South Beach, then continue north to Matador Bar at The Miami Beach EDITION. This route pairs a menu created for the week with an established house cocktail.
MILA

MILA’s September event calendar confirms a Negroni Week collection available September 21–27. The restaurant describes four limited-edition signature Negronis inspired by the natural elements. Its announcement does not list the individual recipes or prices, so ask for the special menu when booking or arriving. Dinner reservations are available through the event page.
Matador Bar at The Miami Beach EDITION

Matador Bar offers the Negroni Colada, an established house variation combining gin, pineapple, coconut, Campari and sweet vermouth. The hotel lists daily bar hours of 5 p.m. to midnight, with seating available on a first-come basis and no reservation required.
