Wellington International is hosting two equestrian events this weekend. On Friday, February 27, 2026, the venue will present the Palm Beach Derby CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle. On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the $150,000 Nations Cup CSIO4* Grand Prix will take place as part of the Winter Equestrian Festival.

The weekend begins on Friday evening at the Equestrian Village with the Palm Beach Derby. Riders will perform choreographed routines to music during the Friday Night Stars program at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival. Gates open at 6 p.m., and the competition starts at 7 p.m. Attendees can watch the dressage showcase from newly covered general admission seating.

On Saturday, the focus shifts to showjumping with the Nations Cup. This team competition features riders representing the United States, Australia, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Israel. Team USA includes athletes Karl Cook, Marilyn Little, Callie Schott, and McLain Ward, who will defend their first-place title from last year. The Saturday event begins at 6 p.m.

Both evenings offer free general admission. Saturday's program includes a festival setting with food vendors, live music, magicians, stilt walkers, and activities for children such as a carousel, bounce houses, pony rides, a petting zoo, and face painting. Visitors can also purchase upgraded hospitality tickets that provide premium arena views, open bars, and buffets.

On-site parking is available for $25 per car. Visitors can also use the free parking and shuttle services located at the Equestrian Village on South Shore Boulevard.
