The debut of the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort marks a significant expansion of luxury hospitality on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Set along 1,000 feet of beachfront within a 125-acre property in Naples, the resort introduces a large-scale coastal retreat shaped by the collaboration of BDT & MSD, The Athens Group, and Four Seasons.

The resort opens with 220 rooms and suites, including 57 larger accommodations designed with natural materials, neutral palettes, and wide terraces that face the Gulf of Mexico. A five-bedroom, 7,000-square-foot residence known as the Sabal Suite is scheduled to follow in early 2026.
A central feature of the property is Market Square, a mixed-use social hub that brings together dining, retail, and gathering spaces. The larger development includes 153 private residences and an upcoming Tom Fazio–designed 18-hole golf course created with Discovery Land Company, set to open in 2026.

The design approach blends local references with contemporary craftsmanship. Architecture by Hart Howerton draws from Old Naples’ historic cottage style, while Champalimaud Design shaped interiors with coastal woodwork, muted tones, and custom fixtures. Public spaces include a light-filled lobby, The Library, and The Merchant Room, where an original mural by artist Dean Barger anchors the dining room.

Five dining venues open with the resort. Highlights include the return of HB’s, a longstanding beachfront restaurant in Old Naples, and the Sunset Bar, known for its views over the Gulf. The Merchant Room, led by James Beard Award–winning chef Gavin Kaysen, introduces a New American brasserie menu informed by French technique and regional ingredients.

The Sanctuary Spa spans two levels and 30,000 square feet, featuring 13 treatment rooms, a thermal circuit, and a rooftop lap pool. A 24-hour fitness center, developed with trainer Harley Pasternak, complements the wellness program. Outdoor leisure areas include cabana-lined pools, water sports access, and an extensive racquet club with Har-Tru courts.
Guest programming ranges from Everglades ecological tours and boating excursions to private outings aboard the resort’s 34-foot Hinckley Picnic Boat. Event spaces total more than 32,000 square feet, including two ballrooms and multiple garden terraces.

Residential offerings include a dedicated beach club with pools, spa, fitness spaces, and shoreline services. Additional amenities arriving in 2026 include The Wager, a sports-focused gastropub with a bowling alley and game room; The Picture House, a 22-seat cinema; The Gardens, the Fazio-designed golf course; and FINS Kids Club, centered on local ecological education.
