The Cruise Division of MSC Group has officially opened its new North American headquarters in downtown Miami. Occupying 130,000 square feet at Block 55 at Sawyer’s Walk, the facility brings together more than 400 employees from various company entities.

The $100 million investment reflects the company's long-term strategy for the region. According to the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, the headquarters is expected to support 1,500 additional jobs over the next three years and generate $300 million in annual recurring economic impact for Miami-Dade County.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony included local officials such as Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and City of Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins. Pierfrancesco Vago, Executive Chairman of the Cruise Division, and Rubén A. Rodríguez, CEO of the North American division, attended to mark the opening of the state-of-the-art office.

This expansion follows other significant regional investments, including the recent opening of North America’s largest cruise terminal at PortMiami. The new headquarters will manage operations for both MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys as the brands continue to increase their fleet presence in U.S. homeports.
