Mr. C Miami Welcomes New GM Matteo Prodani, Launches Italian-Inspired Summer Reading Experience

Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove has announced the appointment of Matteo Prodani as its new General Manager. A native of Perugia, Italy, Matteo brings with him an impressive global hospitality background and a deep appreciation for culture, community, and the art of slow living.
With a career that has taken him from São Paulo to Milan, London, and New York, Matteo most recently served as the Hotel Manager at the prestigious Casa Cipriani in Manhattan. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Impact from Glasgow Caledonian University and is recognized not only as a hospitality leader but also as a social entrepreneur and analog photography enthusiast, with a keen interest in projects that blend design, ethics, and craftsmanship.
This summer, Matteo is introducing guests at Mr. C Miami to a more immersive cultural experience. Inspired by the Italian concept of La Dolce Vita, he has curated a unique summer reading list—each book paired with a thoughtfully chosen instrumental music piece to elevate the ambiance and emotional resonance of each story.
“I’ve selected a list of books that have shaped or inspired me in some way,” says Matteo. “The instrumental music I’ve paired with them is meant to enhance the emotions or set the mood—without distracting from the reading experience.”
