Michelin-Starred Le Jardinier Launches a Rosé-Inspired Summer Garden
Michelin-starred Le Jardinier Miami, a Bastion Collection Restaurant is launching a Rosé Inspired Summer Garden on the restaurant’s patio in time for the official first day of Summer, June 21st. Located in the chic Miami Design District, this new activation comes on the heels of the 2022 Michelin Guide Florida’s acknowledgement of The Bastion Collection’s two sister restaurants: L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier.
Whispering Angel along with the Château d’Esclans portfolio of rosés and Le Jardinier will transport guests to the French Riviera with special cocktail hours, an exclusive summer menu and rosé pairings, Sunday Brunch and live music inspired by some of the Côte d’Azur’s favorite summer beach clubs. Ruben Rolon, Head Bartender and recent recipient of the Exceptional Cocktails Award from the Michelin Guide, has crafted a limited-time rosé cocktail with The Beach Rosé.
Select rosés will be offered during the summer garden including Rock Angel Rosé, Château d’Esclans Garrus Rosé, Château d’Esclans Estate Rosé, Whispering Angel Rosé and The Beach Rosé. Magnum selections of Whispering Angel, Rock Angel, and Garrus will be available at special prices during Sunday Brunch.
Programming will include private rosé dinners hosted by Miami tastemakers featuring Le Jardinier’s tasting menu paired with the Château d’Esclans rosé lineup. Dinners will be ticketed with only a select number of seats available. (Further details available upon request)
