Michelin-Starred Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos Hosts Exclusive Preview Dinner of Cartagena at SLS South Beach

On the evening of Friday, October 4th, Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos hosted an exclusive preview of his all-new restaurant concept, Cartagena at SLS South Beach, featuring a cocktail reception and dinner that transported guests to the Colombian tropics. A gathering of joy, flavor, and culture, the preview welcomed TV personalities, musicians, tastemakers, creators, and friends and family of Chef Juanma. As chef served his delectable, coastal-inspired signature cuisine, guests enjoyed dishes such as Lulo Ceviche, Coconut Rice, Lobster Tail, and Seared Snapper, and were among the first to taste Cartagena ahead of its opening. To toast to Chef Juanma’s new culinary venture, the night ended with guests clinking glasses of aguardiente, provided by Bacan, like in true Colombian tradition.
