Michelin-Star Dining Hits the Water with Bastion Collection and Arkhaus ‘Off The Grid’ Events in Miami

This fall, The Bastion Collection, a global leader in Michelin-starred dining, is partnering with Arkhaus, Miami’s floating social club aboard solar-electric yachts, to debut two exclusive “Off The Grid” dining events on the water.
Each one-night-only collaboration will showcase the culinary talents of two of Miami’s most acclaimed restaurants: Le Jardinier and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, the city’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant. The series offers a rare opportunity to savor Michelin-level cuisine in a uniquely immersive, waterfront setting.
The experience begins with Le Jardinier on Thursday, October 2, followed by L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon on Thursday, November 13. Both evenings are open to the public, blending elevated gastronomy with Arkhaus’s innovative floating venue for an unforgettable Miami dining experience.
