After more than a decade of planning and development, Miami Worldcenter, a 27-acre mixed-use project in Downtown Miami, will mark its official opening with a large-scale public celebration on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

The event will take place at 850 NE 2nd Avenue and is free to attend with an RSVP through Eventbrite. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with the concert starting at 7:30 PM.
The night’s lineup includes performances by Flo Rida, Nicky Jam, Shaggy, and Alesso, with Lee Greenwood opening the show with a rendition of “God Bless the U.S.A.” The event will be hosted by DJ Irie and DJ Scotty B, and will include fireworks, a laser light show, and various visual effects.
In addition to live music, attendees will have access to food and beverage tastings and interactive experiences from a number of the retailers and restaurants located within Miami Worldcenter.
The development includes residential units, retail, dining, hotel accommodations, and entertainment venues. Some of the major tenants include Apple, Sephora, Lululemon, Ray-Ban, and Lucid Motors, along with restaurants such as Maple & Ash, Serafina, and Juvia. Entertainment options include Lucky Strike Bowling and the Museum of Ice Cream.
Miami Worldcenter is accessible by public transportation including Brightline, Metrorail, Tri-Rail, Metromover, and the Miami Trolley. Garage parking will be available nearby.
The project is being developed by Miami Worldcenter Associates and CIM Group, with ongoing phases expected to add thousands more residential units and additional hotel properties.
