Reserve, the luxury lifestyle padel brand founded by entrepreneur Wayne Boich, has officially opened its first permanent padel club at SoLé Mia, a transformative 184-acre development in North Miami. Located at 2251 NE 146th Street, the new two-story facility features ten professional padel courts—six outdoor and four indoor courts with 35-foot ceilings—alongside two dedicated pickleball courts.
Expanding from successful pop-ups in Miami Seaplane, Miami Design District, and New York City's Hudson Yards, Reserve's flagship club at SoLé Mia offers top-tier amenities. These include a fully equipped gym, a health and wellness center with a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, a members' lounge, elevated stadium viewing areas, and event spaces for tournaments. The on-site Pura Vida Miami, debuting its largest location, adds a health-focused dining option with terrace views of the central court.
“I’m excited to introduce Reserve and the exhilarating sport of padel to SoLé Mia,” said Wayne Boich, Founder and CEO of Reserve. “This partnership brings the excitement of padel to a new level for Miami’s vibrant community.”
The club hosts programming for all skill levels, including coaching clinics through the Juan Martín Díaz Academy, youth programs, corporate events, and tournaments. Membership options offer perks like priority court bookings and access to the exclusive wellness center, though public access is also available.

Reserve at SoLé Mia complements the development's wellness-oriented offerings, including a seven-acre swimmable lagoon, extensive green spaces, and outdoor recreation trails. SoLé Mia, a collaboration between LeFrak and Turnberry, continues to grow with plans for 4,390 residences, 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, and a new UHealth outpatient facility opening in 2025.
