Miami Restaurants Launch Summer Prix Fixe Season With Multi-Course Deals

South Florida restaurants are rolling out summer prix fixe offerings, with Hutong Miami, Mayfair Grill, and Adrift Mare introducing multi-course menus and special dining experiences aimed at drawing locals during the slower season.
Hutong Miami, a Northern Chinese restaurant in Brickell, is offering three separate prix fixe options. Its Bubbles & Bao brunch serves free-flowing dim sum and signature dishes every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $68 per person, with an optional $20 add on for unlimited cocktails, wine, and sparkling wine. The Emperor Dinner, priced at $58 per person, includes a handmade dim sum platter, an entrée, a side, and dessert nightly from 5 p.m. to close. Brickell Nights on Thursdays from 6 to 11 p.m. features free-flow starters, tableside Peking duck, and a main course for $68, with an additional $20 option for bottomless drinks.
At Coconut Grove’s Mayfair Grill, a three course seasonal tasting menu is available for $55 per person. The menu includes dishes such as hearts of palm ceviche, wood grilled short ribs with crispy yuca and chimichurri rojo, lobster ravioli, and a key lime sundae, with an optional $25 wine pairing.
Adrift Mare at Brickell Arch is launching a new Chef’s Table Series on July 11, limited to 10 guests per seating. The ticketed dinner, priced at $120 per person, pairs curated beverages with a menu built around the Spanish technique of thin layer paellas and socarrat, featuring courses such as Spanish tortilla, chorizo a la sidra crostini, pulpo a la gallega, two rice preparations, and torrejas for dessert.
