Every March, Miami Music Week turns Greater Miami and Miami Beach into the unofficial capital of global electronic music, pulsing with bassline rhythms, sunrise DJ sets and packed dance floors.

From March 24-29, 2026, events will ripple across the city, filling nightclubs, rooftops, hotel pools and outdoor venues with EDM, house, techno, trance, drum and bass, dubstep and more. The crescendo arrives March 27-29, when Ultra Music Festival returns to Bayfront Park, drawing tens of thousands of fans.

Yet for many locals and visitors, the real magic of Miami Music Week happens beyond the main stage. Consider this your guide to where to party, stay and recharge during the most electric week of the year.

Where the Parties Happen

Across Miami Beach, hotel pool decks transform into daytime dance floors. The Goodtime Hotel hosts weeklong poolside celebrations on its third-floor deck, where live DJ sets by artists like BISCITS and Chus & Ceballos keep the energy high from noon until sunset. The seven-story boutique property, known for its playful pastel design and lively social scene, becomes one of the week’s most vibrant gathering spots. The Gates Hotel South Beach hosts a ticketed all-day pool party on March 28 featuring live DJs and an immersive Ooka lounge takeover on its scenic third-floor deck overlooking Collins Canal.

Over in Brickell, Novotel Miami Brickell’s Vista Rooftop Bar & Lounge brings daytime rhythm to the skyline with its High Noon Sessions from March 27-29. The rooftop series features female DJs, including Janny Chaos and Rozzi, in celebration of Women’s History Month. Guests can expect specialty activations, cocktails and a laid-back Sunday “Reset & Recover” finale complete with fresh juice and Aperol spritzes.

For those who prefer their nightlife with a side of glamour, Delilah Miami brings the energy indoors with its signature dinner-and-a-show experience. Known for surprise performances from artists like Kaytranada, Timbaland and SOFI TUKKER, the modern-day supper club will host a special Throwback Thursday celebration during Music Week.

Downtown Miami also plays a central role in the festivities. At The Elser Hotel & Residences, located directly across from Bayfront Park, hotel guests enjoy exclusive rooftop pre-parties throughout Ultra weekend. The expansive 19,000-square-foot pool deck becomes a festival warmup zone, complete with DJ sets, themed face painting, cocktails and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

In Wynwood, the creative district’s industrial rooftops provide the perfect backdrop for sunset celebrations. STAMPED returns to Higher Ground at Arlo Wynwood on March 29 for an open-air closing party centered on Amapiano and Afrobeats. The event, hosted by @AYA + Friends, highlights sounds from across the African continent as the sun dips behind the city skyline.

Meanwhile, THRōW Social® Miami, one of Wynwood’s newest entertainment venues, continues the party at its massive 35,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor playground featuring live music, DJ sets, interactive games and a towering LED stage.

Where to Stay Close to the Action

Choosing the right home base can make or break a Miami Music Week itinerary. Downtown Miami and Wynwood place visitors closest to Ultra and the city’s largest events.

The Elser Hotel & Residences offers spacious apartment-style suites just steps from Bayfront Park, making it a favorite among festivalgoers who want to stay within walking distance of the action. Nearby in Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood blends art, nightlife and hospitality as the district’s first hotel, placing guests in the heart of Miami’s creative scene.

Brickell’s Novotel Miami Brickell offers a sleek urban stay with skyline views and a rooftop pool that doubles as one of Music Week’s most stylish daytime venues.

Across the causeway, Miami Beach provides the quintessential coastal retreat between parties. Mid-Beach’s Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club pairs art deco elegance with beachfront relaxation, while neighboring Hotel Continental offers vintage-inspired social spaces and a MiMo-era pool.

South Beach favorites like The Goodtime Hotel and The Gates Hotel keep guests immersed in Music Week’s lively atmosphere, while The Betsy Hotel provides a more refined cultural counterpoint with nightly jazz, art exhibitions and poetry readings.

For travelers seeking a quieter escape within walking distance of the beach, Balfour Miami Beach in the South of Fifth neighborhood blends historic art deco charm with modern comforts.

Where to Refuel Between Sets

Even the most dedicated dance fans eventually need a break. Fortunately, Miami’s dining scene rises to the occasion.

On Miami Beach, LT South Beach at The Betsy Hotel serves refined New American cuisine from celebrity Chef Laurent Tourondel, while The Alley—tucked discreetly behind the hotel—offers Roman-style pizzas and Italian classics in a hidden courtyard setting.

Those seeking bold Japanese flavors can head to Uchiko Miami Beach, where flame-driven dishes, yakitori and pristine nigiri make it a favorite for late dinners with friends.

Quick bites also have their place during Music Week. Kung Fu Chicken, opening in Miami Beach just in time for the festivities, offers crispy fried chicken inspired by Asian night markets—perfect for grabbing between sets.

In Wynwood, R House keeps the party alive with its lively drag brunch and late-night performances, while Uchi Miami delivers elevated sushi and omakase from James Beard Award–winning Chef Tyson Cole.

For those seeking a quieter evening away from the crowds, Da Angelino Cucina Italiana in Coconut Grove provides a cozy Italian escape complete with handmade pastas and a hidden Venetian-style wine bar.

Getting Around the City

With events happening across Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell and Wynwood, transportation becomes part of the strategy. Freebee, the city’s free on-demand electric ride service, helps festivalgoers navigate Miami and Miami Beach efficiently while reducing environmental impact. A quick ride between hotels, restaurants and venues makes hopping from a sunset pool party to a midnight DJ set surprisingly seamless.

The Rhythm of Miami

For one week each year, Miami becomes less of a destination and more of a soundtrack. And in 2026, that rhythm promises to be louder, brighter and more unforgettable than ever.
