In the 2026 Florida Michelin Guide, Greater Miami and Miami Beach earned 15 Michelin stars across 13 restaurants, including Florida’s only two-star restaurant. The 2026 edition also marked a milestone as Mutra became the first kosher restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin Star. Here, we present Miami’s Michelin-starred restaurants for 2026.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon ★★

Florida’s only two-Michelin-star restaurant remains one of the state's premier dining destinations. The counter-style dining room offers front-row views of the kitchen, while the menu showcases signature Robuchon dishes including langoustine, foie gras preparations and the restaurant’s famous pommes purée.


Le Jardinier Miami ★

Cuisine: Modern French

Located beneath L'Atelier, Le Jardinier focuses on vegetable-forward French cuisine under the direction of chef Alain Verzeroli. The elegant dining room and seasonal menu have helped the restaurant maintain its Michelin status year after year.


COTE Miami ★

COTE combines Korean barbecue traditions with the precision of a luxury steakhouse. Servers grill premium cuts tableside, and the restaurant has become one of Miami’s most in-demand special-occasion destinations.


Boia De ★

Cuisine: Contemporary American


David Bley/Boia De



Hidden within a small Buena Vista shopping plaza, Boia De has earned national recognition for inventive cooking from chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer. Handmade pastas and creative small plates define the experience.


Hiden ★

Cuisine: Japanese Omakase

One of Miami’s most exclusive dining experiences, Hiden seats only a handful of guests at a time. The hidden omakase counter serves a seasonal tasting menu featuring seafood sourced directly from Japan.


Ogawa ★

Cuisine: Japanese Omakase

This intimate sushi counter seats just ten guests and focuses on seasonal ingredients imported from Japan. The experience combines meticulous sushi craftsmanship with traditional Japanese hospitality.


Stubborn Seed ★

Chef Jeremy Ford’s tasting-menu restaurant highlights seasonal ingredients sourced from South Florida farms, including produce from the chef’s own Homestead property. Menus evolve frequently throughout the year.


The Surf Club Restaurant ★

Located inside the historic Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, this restaurant blends old-school glamour with contemporary cuisine. The dining room channels the spirit of the original Surf Club while delivering Michelin-level execution.


Mutra ★

Cuisine: Contemporary Middle Eastern


Adir Avivi/Mutra



One of the biggest stories of the 2026 Michelin Guide, Mutra earned a star for chef Raz Shabtai’s contemporary interpretation of Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine. The restaurant also became the first kosher restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin Star.


Ariete ★

Cuisine: Contemporary American / Cuban-inspired


Ariete Hospitality Grou/Ariete



Chef Michael Beltran's flagship restaurant is one of Miami's most acclaimed dining destinations. Ariete blends contemporary American techniques with Cuban influences and is known for dishes such as the Canard à la Presse, prepared tableside. Ariete retained its Michelin Star in the 2026 guide.


Elcielo Miami ★

Cuisine: Colombian Contemporary

Led by chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, Elcielo delivers one of Miami's most immersive tasting-menu experiences. The restaurant showcases modern Colombian cuisine through a multi-course journey that incorporates storytelling, interactive presentations, and ingredients inspired by the country's diverse culinary traditions.


Los Félix ★

Cuisine: Mexican

Los Félix has built a national reputation for heirloom corn, nixtamalization, and ingredient-driven Mexican cuisine. The restaurant’s commitment to sourcing and traditional techniques helped earn Michelin recognition in Miami.


Shingo ★

Cuisine: Japanese Omakase

Chef Shingo Akikuni's intimate omakase counter is widely regarded as one of South Florida's premier sushi experiences. Guests are guided through a meticulously prepared tasting menu centered on seasonal seafood, traditional Edomae techniques, and exceptional attention to detail.


Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt ★

Cuisine: French-Inspired Tasting Menu

Located inside the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Tambourine Room offers an intimate tasting-menu experience with French techniques and global influences. The restaurant has become one of Miami Beach’s most acclaimed fine-dining destinations.
