Miami Ironside Redefines Corporate Retreats With Experiential Team Programs

Companies are rethinking corporate retreats, looking for programs that combine wellness, creativity, and collaboration. One destination responding to this shift is Miami Ironside, a design-led creative campus offering immersive team experiences within a community of makers, designers, and cultural tenants.
Set on an open-air property, Miami Ironside provides flexible spaces for wellness sessions, hands-on workshops, and team activities that go beyond traditional meeting formats. Corporate groups can participate in creative workshops with resident makers, food-focused programs such as pizza-making classes and tastings, and outdoor gatherings designed to encourage collaboration and idea-sharing.
The campus hosts one to two corporate events per month, typically welcoming 10 to 60 guests, with demand highest between September and April. Recent gatherings have included a pizza-making class and lunch for Pepsi executives, team engagement activities for The Miami Foundation, and a breakfast and lunch meeting for 25 architects from Oppenheim Architecture. The campus has also hosted major brand activations, including a Hublot press event during Miami Art Week.
