Miami Beach Holiday Festival of Lights
Kick-off New Year’s Eve weekend with the Miami Beach Holiday Festival of Lights, a series of free, family-friendly musical performances and lights shows taking over The Gabriel South Beach on December 29 and 30. Presented by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival (MMF), a nonprofit dedicated to providing affordable, world-class musical instruction and groundbreaking performance experiences to young artists and the South Florida community, the festival’s first-of-their-kind live musical performances feature cutting-edge projection-mapping technology where intricate lighting designs and captivating visuals overlap, turning one of South Beach’s most iconic building façades into an interactive exhibit with vibrant imagery. Every surface of The Gabriel South Beach will become a living canvas as the projections play off the building’s various shapes and textures in perfect unison with the rhythm of the music. Performances take place on December 29 and 30 at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m.

The Elser Hotel & Residences
Celebrate the countdown to 2024 at The Elser Hotel & Residences for a front-row seat to the fireworks to ring in the New Year. Upon purchasing, guests will receive a wristband to access the unlimited bar package. In addition, the NYE event will feature a live DJ, a fire dancer, glitzy decorations and more. As the clock strikes midnight, guests can pick a spot on The Elser’s expansive sundeck to catch the epic Miami fireworks show or enjoy it from the comfort of their hotel room’s balcony.

New Year’s Eve Omakase at Uchi Miami
In the heart of Miami's Wynwood district, Uchi unveils its exclusive New Year’s 10-course omakase menu, priced at $420 for two. The culinary celebration showcasing seasonal delicacies, including Royal White Sturgeon and Royal Golden Osetra caviar, will be offered Friday, December 29, through Sunday, December 31. This meticulously curated dining experience features an array of dishes, such as Shima Aji Nigiri and Hiramasa Nigiri, promising a symphony of flavors. Guests can also indulge in the exquisite A5 Strip with matsutake demi and white truffle. The regular à la carte menu remains available while the omakase experience is offered as a complete dining adventure. On December 31, ring in the New Year with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
Family-Friendly NYE Dinner at Negroni Midtown & Weston
Count down to the New Year with flavors that dazzle! Join Negroni at both its Midtown Miami and Weston locations for a festive four-course prix-fixe menu and a midnight toast with Pommery champagne. Enjoy celebratory tunes from live DJ sets that amp up the ambiance in a family-friendly setting without sacrificing a chic and urban atmosphere. Start with a salmon Crispy Rice before moving on to a choice of appetizer: Burrata, Shrimp Carpaccio or seared beef tenderloin (Vitello Tonnato).
