Miami Emerging Arts Leaders Host Adrienne Arsht Center Tour on August 12, 2026
An exclusive behind-the-scenes facility tour of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County will be offered for arts professionals and emerging cultural leaders in August 2026.
Facility Tour To Highlight Operations At Adrienne Arsht Center
The Miami Emerging Arts Leaders, a program of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, will host Behind the Curtain: Facility Tour of the Adrienne Arsht Center, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, 1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132.
Participants will tour one of the nation’s major performing arts venues and learn about its administrative structure, public art collection, and the spaces that support performances and community programming. The visit will provide an overview of the administration roadmap of a large cultural institution and offer insight into the technical, operational, and artistic elements that bring productions to the stage.
Space is limited and advance registration is required by Tuesday, August 11. Interested attendees can register online.
The Miami Emerging Arts Leaders initiative, active since 2004, focuses on networking, resource sharing, and professional development for new and emerging arts administrators in the community. The tour is presented with support from the Arts and Business Council of Miami and the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau.
