Miami Design Week 2026 Programming Announced
London-based Greek designer Natalia Triantafylli will debut Under the Libra Sun at Villa Paula, opening November 30. The exhibition features hand-sculpted clay forms joined to 3D-printed doubles, including porcelain chandeliers, tile-patterned mirrors, and her first upholstered pieces. At Design Miami, The Future Perfect’s booth will utilize layered sheer fabric to create a shifting moiré effect, showcasing works such as a Floris Wubben coffee table, an Olivia Cognet chandelier, and a rare Maarten Baas x Piet Hein Eek cabinet.

Design Miami Installations and Curios
Ashlee Harrison / Thirty 8 East: Ashlee Harrison will present Wade Through Black Jade, an installation by Venetian artist Irene Cattaneo. Crafted from glass, bronze, and stone, the work draws on Surrealist influences to create submerged, anthropomorphic forms.
Sten Studio: The Mexico City-based studio founded by José Schnaider returns to the fair’s Curio section with Mineraxis. The collection reimagines geological formations as furniture and lighting through a combination of natural stone and cast glass, presented in a cave-like installation.
Sprayground: Founder David BenDavid will debut SPRAYGROUND PULSE, an interactive installation where visitors can trade an original creative work—such as a sketch, poem, or sculpture—for a limited-edition Design Miami × Sprayground "Bag of Infinite Possibilities." The submitted works will be archived in a living virtual gallery.

Design Hotels at The Shelborne by Proper Design Hotels is partnering with The Shelborne By Proper to host Designed to Play, a multi-day program examining the role of imagination in contemporary design.
