Miami Beach’s Biggest Halloween Block Party Is Back on Lincoln Road
Miami knows how to dress for a party, but on Halloween, Lincoln Road takes the assignment seriously.
On Saturday, October 31, the iconic promenade will once again become a playground for ghosts, goblins and some of the most outrageously dressed characters in Miami at the annual Lincoln Road Halloween Block Party. From 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., thousands of costumed revelers will descend on Miami Beach for one of Lincoln Road’s most anticipated traditions and one of the country’s largest Halloween celebrations.

The little monsters get first dibs. From 5:30-7:30 p.m., families can trick-or-treat their way along Lincoln Road with candy stations, crafts, special characters and more available while supplies last. Expect plenty of pint-sized superheroes, princesses and spooky creatures filling their bags with Halloween loot.
Then the sun goes down, and the costumes get bigger, bolder and considerably more elaborate.
Beginning at 8 p.m., Lincoln Road transforms into a spontaneous open-air costume catwalk, with revelers strutting down the promenade in looks ranging from ghoulish and glamorous to wonderfully over-the-top. The Halloween Block Party continues until 2 a.m., while live music, performers and DJs keep the celebration going, including a live performance from Wonderama Band.

All that people-watching is bound to work up an appetite. More than 17 Lincoln Road restaurants, bars and cafés will get in on the festivities with drink specials and outdoor seating, offering prime views as zombies, vampires, superheroes and costumes.
Even parking gets a Halloween treat. Visitors can take advantage of $1-per-hour parking throughout Miami Beach through October 31, leaving a little more room in the budget for another round.
Whether you’re bringing the kids for an early candy run, debuting a costume worthy of its own photo shoot or simply showing up to see just how far Miami will take Halloween this year, one thing is certain: Lincoln Road is the place to see and be spooky.
