Inside MB Fit Miami Beach’s New Technogym Pure Strength Training Experience

One of Miami Beach’s longest-standing strength gyms has undergone a full rebuild, marking a new chapter for the local fitness scene.

MB Fit, formerly known as CrossFit Miami Beach, has reopened with a redesigned facility and is the first location in the United States to introduce Technogym’s Pure Strength training concept. Technogym, an Italian fitness equipment company, is used in Olympic training facilities and luxury hotels worldwide.

The updated gym centers around Technogym’s Pure Strength equipment, a line of plate-loaded machines designed to replicate the feel of free weights while offering more controlled and precise movement. The concept is focused on structured strength training within a modern, design-led environment.

The facility now spans 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The layout allows members to move between strength machines, gymnastics-style rigs, and conditioning equipment such as Skillmill and rowing stations within a single session.

Training at MB Fit also incorporates a digital component, with workouts guided and tracked in real time. Members can monitor performance metrics throughout each session, adding a data-driven layer to the experience.

The launch reflects broader growth in strength-focused and hybrid fitness training, particularly in Miami. It also highlights the city’s role as a testing ground for new fitness concepts, as Technogym selected this location for its first U.S. rollout of Pure Strength.
