Maple & Ash Miami: A Culinary Destination Set to Redefine Luxury Dining at Miami Worldcenter in 2025

Maple Hospitality Group, the visionary team behind acclaimed restaurants Maple & Ash, Eight Bar,  Monarch, and Kessaku, will debut its flagship, award-winning concept, Maple & Ash, in Miami in early 2025. Located in the heart of Miami Worldcenter (699 NE 1st Avenue), this two-story, 22,000-square-foot project is the group’s largest and most ambitious venture yet, blending culinary mastery, unparalleled hospitality, and unrestrained luxury.

Haas and Haas

Led by two MICHELIN-star chef Danny Grant, Maple & Ash will bring its signature modern wood-fired steakhouse experience and vibrant, approachable energy to Miami’s dynamic dining scene. Menu highlights include the bold "I Don’t Give a F*@k” chef’s tasting menu and the Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower, a reimagined take on the traditional seafood display, featuring hearth-roasted shellfish with garlic butter and chili oil. The second floor will house Maple & Ash, while the first floor will debut Eight Bar at a later date.

Maple Hospitality Group launched its first Maple & Ash in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood in 2015, followed by Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2019.
